About me

I’m a content expert and writer specializing in organic growth and crafting authentic, inclusive brand voices, with 9+ years of experience in marketing and new media.

I started at a boutique marketing agency before joining VinePair, a digital media company in the drinks culture space. From there, I joined Cynthia Nixon’s gubernatorial campaign, leading social media and shaping the candidate’s online presence during a high-profile political race.

At Kickstarter, I owned content strategy and brand voice within the brand marketing team, redefining the company’s approach to organic social media. I later expanded my role to lead all content initiatives, driving cohesive storytelling across platforms and ensuring alignment with Kickstarter’s brand and business objectives. Over nearly five years at the company, my strategic content initiatives helped generate over $20 million in funding for more than 4,000 creative projects. During my tenure, Kickstarter received a 2020 National Design Award for Design Visionary from the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum—and in 2023, was named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies, recognizing its continued impact on the creative economy.

I have also consulted with companies, artists, and public figures. Notably, I worked with Opus, a Series A startup leveraging AI for employee onboarding, to refine its brand voice and craft messaging that highlighted its innovative approach to job training.

In June 2024, I completed the Google UX Design Certificate program to adopt a more holistic approach to developing user-focused content and marketing.
